Today (20 November 2024), Mr. Chusak Sirinil, Minister to the Prime Minister's Office and Deputy Leader of the Pheu Thai Party, spoke about the case in which the Constitutional Court has scheduled a hearing to consider whether to accept or not the petition of Mr. Thirayuth Suwannakasorn on 22 November. The petition has content for the court to consider whether Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra, former Prime Minister, and the Pheu Thai Party have acted in a manner that constitutes overthrowing the democratic regime with the King as Head of State or not.
